1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription purchases made on quotexking.live through the Paytm Payment Gateway. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Digital Service Nature

QuotexKing provides digital trading signal services that are delivered immediately upon subscription activation. As our service involves instant access to real-time trading signals and AI analysis, refund eligibility is limited once the service has been accessed.

3. Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Full Refund

  • Payment charged but service not activated: If payment was deducted but your subscription was not activated due to a technical error
  • Duplicate payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription
  • Request within 24 hours: If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase AND have not accessed any premium signals

⚠️ Partial Refund (Case-by-Case)

  • Service disruption: If our service was unavailable for a significant portion of your subscription period (more than 48 consecutive hours)
  • Downgrade: If you wish to switch to a lower-tier plan within the first 7 days

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • You have already accessed premium trading signals after purchase
  • Refund request is made after 24 hours of purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with trading signal performance (trading involves risk; see our Terms)
  • Account suspended due to Terms of Service violations
  • Change of mind after using the service

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No auto-renewal: subscriptions do not renew automatically
  • After cancellation, you retain access until the subscription expiry date
  • Cancelled subscriptions cannot be reactivated; you must purchase a new plan

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@quotexking.live with subject line: "Refund Request — [Order ID]"
  2. Include your registered email address and Paytm transaction ID
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paytm
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect
  • Refund amount will be in Indian Rupees (₹ INR)

7. Free Plan

The Free plan does not involve any payment and therefore no refund is applicable. You can continue using the Free plan indefinitely.
